Kindergarten - Our Town
Driving Question: How do community helpers help me?
Project Summary: Students will investigate and learn about community helpers. Local workers will visit our school and inform our students about their occupation. Students will choose their favorite workers. They will identify with their community helpers by dressing the part and with oral presentation. Individual audio presentations will be created that will describe their community workers. The audio files will be saved in each student's Seesaw portfolio. Students will illustrate and label important roles the community helpers play and how in turn they benefit their own lives.
